The Brief

To further develop the website's back-end functionality that MSO delivered to Aurora with the original website launch in December, 2005. 

Background

Aurora is a successful healthcare communications agency based in London.  The previous website served as a means of launching Aurora into the healthcare communications arena.  Since then, Aurora has witnessed its own expansion, resulting in the requirement for a more sophisticated website.

The Solution

The project was undertaken in two phases (the latter still ongoing) in order to make the transition between websites as smooth as possible.  The new design (by Jelly Design) was introduced with all the current functionality mapped into it in order to ensure that there was no interruption in the delivery of Aurora's communication to their clients and new business contacts.

As pages are added to the website, items of news can be dynamically populated within an email template, whose top banner design can be changed as required.  As soon as the email has achieved approval status and is ready for distribution it will appear as a designated page on the website and overwrites the previous month's issue.  In effect, two marketing functions are being performed concurrently with the minimum of duplicated effort.
 
With this more effective method of compiling and distributing marketing material, Aurora will benefit from a proactive and automated approach to organising contact information.

A powerful marketing tool enabling Aurora to maximise the resources it has at its disposal to respond to new and existing clients.
