Account Handler

Title: Account Handler
Location: Near Dartford, Kent, UK.

Continued business growth at MSO.net has created the need to expand our Client Support Team to ensure that we continue to provide high quality account management to all our clients, current and future.

We're looking for ambitious, switched on people with experience liaising with clients, building relationships and managing expectations, and co-ordinating with internal teams. You should have significant experience working on either software development or web build projects You will have excellent writing, presentation and organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

Roles and responsibilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

Manage his/her own accounts; understanding clients' business needs, full requirements, deliverables and goals
Develop further business opportunities and brief requirements to the web development team
Manage client relationships and contribute to growth of accounts
Contribute to strategic development of each client's business
Manage forecasts, billing and profitability of accounts
Play a central role in pitching for new business, working with the design and development teams for idea development and resource allocation
Work closely with all internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all of the client's projects
Liaise directly with studio resource to ensure delivery of solutions - developing briefs and project specifications
Be ultimately responsible for ensuring work is produced accurately, on time and within budget
Assisting other departments with forward planning on future projects
Develop a thorough working knowledge of all agency systems and processes
Hold regular status meetings
Identify and share client feedback, account knowledge and learning at internal project and post-delivery assessments

Proven record of managing client relationships
The ability to multi-task and manage the expectations of others both internally and externally
Creating new business opportunities within an existing client base
Exceptional customer service and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Effective time management
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of initiative, good self-motivation
Ability to build and maintain key relationships with clients, 3rd party suppliers, internal and partner agency teams across 6 markets
Strong client management focus and understanding of the client's business objectives


Knowledge and Experience:

Prior full time web or digital agency experience as an Account /Project Manager
Degree or equivalent marketing qualification
Flawless execution of tasks, proven track record in managing projects to time and budget

Salary: negotiable for the right candidate. The role will be based at our office near Dartford, Kent and is a full-time position. Position is permanent and available immediately. Due to our location, your own transport is essential.
