
In 2010, we began work with the Motor Industry Association (MIA) to develop a permissions based customer relationship management system (CRM). The MIA was keen to create a system which enabled them to manage communications with current and potential members with a far greater level of ease than their existing system allowed. They were also looking for a solution which would streamline, rather than complicate their existing systems and internal management processes.
Our approach was to develop a solution which would capture information and where appropriate, automatically update members’ details on the MIA’s website. The new CRM system is highly intuitive, making searching for member companies or individuals within a company easy to administer. It uses the data captured in an intelligent way allowing the MIA team to highlight the key interests of contacts. This in turn enables the messaging regarding forthcoming events and promotional activities to be tailored, creating greater levels of success in terms of lead generation and wider direct mail activities.
An easy to use dashboard allows MIA to assign tasks to team members, and set deadlines along with tracking activity and an audit trail.
