The Thames Vision Project
An exciting new section of the Port of London Authority’s website went live today (25 March 2015). Termed the Vision Project, the initiative is aimed at planning the future of the River Thames. Open to all, the PLA is encouraging people to make contact via the Have Your Say form and answer a number of questions with regards to how they feel about the River Thames. Further meetings are planned and once collated, all the data will be shared via this section of the website.
With a tight deadline to work to, we’ve collaborated closely with the Port of London Authority to introduce a new colour palette for this section whilst retaining the general website theme. Crucial to this initiative is to appeal to everyone so selecting the right imagery and presenting it well was a challenge. We’ve also endeavoured to ensure we maximise traffic to this section by changing the rotator widget on the home page and enhancing the main navigation.
