The Brief
To build a website that acts for real estate businesses enabling them to globally market any type of property from anywhere in the world.

Background

Property World has been established for 11 years with the aim of offering a simple process for those wishing to sell property overseas.  The website can now claim to be the world's largest international real estate website with over 75,000 property seekers logging in each week.

The Solution
Emphasis is placed on the end user's experience and making the site as easy to navigate as possible.  Owners with property to sell (a service which is completely free of charge) can do so quickly and easily.  They can add or edit pages, upload an unlimited number of images, add full descriptions, location map, an enquiry form and local area information. In addition to this, a useful marketing tool allows property owners to access statistics about those pages that have been added in order to gauge pages' viewing figures.

Other useful features that are available include a ‘Keep me posted' function whereby registered users can opt to be sent details of suitable properties as they become available (having been matched to the user's pre-defined criteria).

Real estate businesses can also customise their property displays for use on their own websites and the website enables the generation of multi-listing relationships.

The Results
