MSO.net announces major advance for Real Gap customers
MSO.net has been working on a major new customer relationship management system designed specifically for Real Gap.
Real Gap has seen rapid growth and is now the leading independent gap year travel company in the UK. The introduction of the new CRM system will ensure customer service remains at the heart of the business. Extensive research has been undertaken using feedback from past customers to produce a system based around their specific needs.
The new CRM system will enable customers not just to book online securely, but to download departure information for their specific programme, review their booking, access their financial information, pay their account, and download specific updates about their destination and travelling companions.

MSO and Real Gap have been developing this system over the past few months and it is due to go live early in 2008.
