
Real Gap is the leading independent gap year travel company in the UK. Our brief was to deliver a CRM system using at its foundation, feedback from past customers. The tool has enabled Real Gap to uphold one of its core principles - that of providing a high level of customer service.
Using feedback from actual customers really helped us to shape a system specific to the needs of Real Gap. The CRM system enables customers not just to book online securely, but to download departure information for their specific programme, review their booking, access their financial information, pay their account, and download specific updates about their destination and travelling companions.
