St Bede’s Summer School

For nearly twenty years, St Bede’s has attracted students from across the world to attend its range of residential summer school courses. Working hard to create an energising, highly engaging spirit to both the courses and environment on offer, St Bede’s wanted to develop its website to continue to attract students in an increasingly competitive market.

Working closely with the head of the Summer School, mso.net set to work to enhance the existing material available online, ensuring the project would be completed for the start of the 2011 marketing period. Aware that visitors to the site could be agents, parents or students, aesthetic improvements were made to areas such as the image galleries, videos and supporting information to really showcase the courses on offer by St Bede’s Summer School. The mso.net team also created a more user friendly page structure and routes of contact, as well as interactive location maps and course finder section.

Feedback that has been received to date has been highly positive; the improvements made to the Summer School website have moved the offering on considerably. While currently in its infancy, initial data has indicated that the new site is anticipated to deliver increased levels of course bookings and enquiries over the coming months.
