Cruise holidays have become increasingly popular in recent years, appealing to a broader range of holiday makers than ever before. It is also a holiday which attracts people time and time again, with a high level of repeat business and a loyal cruise community. Our experience in developing effective travel systems prompted The Cruise line to get in touch and ask us to create a new website for them which would appeal to first time, and repeat holiday makers, and also include a comprehensive booking system.

The creation of a cruise specific booking system is often more complex than it first appears. The complexity of a cruise ship itself, with decks, cabins and levels is one aspect. Another is the comprehensive nature of the holiday. Ensuring holiday makers are able to book a cruise which fits their every need, including everything from eating requirements to allergies, has to be factored in, while avoiding a cumbersome end result.

We created a site that combines a well thought through booking system with a magazine feel, appealing to the sense of community that many cruise holiday makers enjoy. Early indications suggest the site is not only performing well, but has been well received by regular holiday makers.
