Although each client comes to us with different requests, we tackle projects with the same approach.

This is what we do - establish what the project needs...

We will establish the project's needs and define common tasks that will need to be performed.  For example: feedback from users regarding a website may be useful at this stage.  We recognise that key to a successful website is its ability to communicate the corporate message to users whilst maintaining its accessibility.  Inclusion of newsletters, emails and generally how communication will flow within the site will be built into the design.

What do we do next?

During the planning stage, the project's goals will be identified; the extent of user interactivity determined; functionality agreed.  At this stage we will determine what skill set will be applied; our programming team is proficient with ColdFusion and video encoding amongst others.  Only once we have secured documented sign-off do we proceed to the build and development stage.

Post delivery of the project, a review process will be established so there is a clear path for user feedback, the regulation of data and the frequency and format of reports.
