What is User Controlled Access?

How do I control online 'who' sees 'what'?  Where confidentiality is an issue, and you wish to restrict access to a designated part of your website, the development of a fully automated secure area would offer the perfect solution.

MSO.net's Controlled Access facility allows documents to be posted to a secure part of the website that may only be accessed by a designated group of visitors via username and password. Documents such as manuals, technical bulletins, meeting notes, press releases/kits aimed at the media can be posted to the area for instant downloading.

Offering real savings to your organisation…

Requiring only basic word processing and IT skills to operate the function, the automation of information delivery (available 24/7) saves time and money. It replaces the laborious task of sending out printed documentation and the associated costs involved.

Additional Features
All documents can be designed to meet corporate branding requirements ensuring consistency. Information can also be personalised.
A personalised customer login process enables each customer to be set up with their own username and password.
Customers can be suspended or deleted at any time.
As documents are posted, a comprehensive document database is built in the form of a Document Library.
The MSO.net Controlled Access function keeps you firmly in control of a fully automated secure area. It enables you to personalise how you communicate to your different customers whilst keeping them up-to-date with the latest information. Contact us now to find out more.
