Announcing the launch of mso-creative

Today, we’re formally announcing the launch of mso creative, the design and branding arm of mso. For those of you who know us we’ve always provided design expertise but mso creative allows us to offer so much more.

During mso’s early years we predominantly concentrated on building a reputation as a technically proficient agency, creating good looking sites yes, but our focus was on ensuring online functionality was intuitive and first class. We achieved exactly that and have built up a large ColdFusion development team of guys who really know their stuff. Our technical know-how is still second to none.

However, as our digital offering evolved and grew, clients asked if our expertise stopped there – could we be the one-stop solution for both their online and offline branding requirement? What other creative services could we provide?

We responded by bringing on board individuals who can advise and deliver and crucially, support marketing strategies. The team is led by Gary Fry whose background in digital print enables the gap between printed collateral and digital content to be bridged. Gary is supported by a design team who understands the challenges of sustaining a strong brand in both genres and can produce impressive logos, printed material and website designs. In our experience, this is where some agencies fail – they’re only accustomed to working with either the print or web discipline and not both. The result is an eclectic mix with obvious inconsistencies.
