Susannah is Head of New Business and Deputy Group Sales Director for Royal Mail PLC. She leads a team of over 300 delivering a sales revenue target of £3 billion. An acknowledged and respected business leader, Susannah was selected by the Department of Business Innovation and Skills to sit on their 'red tape' advisory panel which led to her writing her book, Mind The Gap, which introduced her Dice Matrix business model and led to her forming her own business, Dice Matrix Consulting.

Phil Beavan

Phil is a Senior Account Manager with Xero, recognised by Forbes as "The most innovative growth company in the world". Prior to joining Xero, Phil spent twenty years in the accounting and finance profession, specialising in raising equity finance for high growth businesses and providing strategic guidance and insight up to board level. As a sought after business advisor and commentator, his no-nonsense and sometimes confrontational style has earnt him a reputation for delivering results.
