Originally, the MIA required a system which would enable it to manage communications with current and potential members with far greater ease than the previous system allowed. Our approach was to develop a solution which would capture information and, where appropriate, would automatically update members’ details on the MIA’s website. The communication of forthcoming events and promotional activities can be tailored, creating greater levels of success in terms of lead generation and wider direct mail activities. Tasks can be assigned to team members with deadlines along with tracking activity.
We were delighted to be able to work with two of our long-standing members to update our website, which is a key element to our business and the industry. Our main focus is to encourage companies within the motorsport industry to network and grow their businesses, and the new website will make this much easier.
