The initial project included the development of an online platform to register donations and share supporters’ messages and news, and this was integrated within a wider direct mail campaign, developed by the Charity. The Christmas campaign became one of the Charity’s most successful to date.
Since the original development of the Christmas Campaign site, we went on to take responsibility for the Guide Dogs payment pages and microsites to support the broader digital requirements of the Charity. This included various pages to encourage greater participation and sponsorship at numerous levels.
We have worked with mso for over 4 years on a variety of projects including online appeals, our fundraising microsites and donation forms. Most recently mso.net did a great job optimising our online donation forms for mobile. Undeterred by the complexity of the project and the multi-device testing, the project was delivered in advance of the high-priority Christmas deadline.
